In this role, you’ll join a fast-growing, BaFin-licensed digital financial infrastructure provider building a unified platform for trading, custody, and management of traditional and digital assets. Based in our Warsaw engineering hub, you’ll work in a hybrid setup with regular in-person collaboration, contributing to scalable, high-impact financial systems used by banks, wealth managers, neobrokers, and fintechs across Europe. You’ll have real ownership over your work, helping shape robust products in a professional yet relaxed environment.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Develop and maintain front-end applications across multiple initiatives — internal web apps, public-facing web platforms, and existing Android/iOS mobile apps
Work within a React and React Native stack, delivering polished user experiences for financial products
Make sound architectural decisions autonomously while collaborating with experienced colleagues for validation and feedback
Navigate and improve existing codebases — we need someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, not just greenfield development
Contribute to the full development lifecycle from feature design through deployment

Deine Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

2-4 years of experience with a solid, demonstrable understanding of React and React Native
Ability to work autonomously and make informed architectural decisions — this role requires ownership, not hand-holding
Experience building and shipping both web and mobile applications
Comfort working with existing codebases — reading, understanding, and improving code others have written
A problem-solving mindset — you enjoy challenges and aren't discouraged by complexity
Good communication skills for collaborating with the team and consulting on technical direction

Nice to have

Experience with TypeScript in production applications
Familiarity with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile deployments
Prior experience in fintech or other regulated industries
Experience with app store submission processes (Google Play, App Store)
